How to Succeed and Prosper On The Internet

You can get a FREE copy of FrontPage 2000 Tutorial by downloading an Adobe PDF file from our website. This tutorial is very comprehensive and covers everything that you need to know about using FrontPage to design websites. You can download the file HERE. Having said all that, we think the the following steps will give you a better foundation in all the steps necessary to design, promote and market your website for yourself or for clients.

    1. Step One - Buy a copy of the latest version of FrontPage. You can get it HERE at Amazon for $140.00 regular list price $170.00. An upgrade version is available
also for $90.00.

Now that you have the software we recommend that you get a copy of "FrontPage Step by Step" by Microsoft Press. You can also buy this book at a discount through Amazon HERE for $20.90. This book comes with a CD with all the lessons so you can immediately start learning and honing your FrontPage skills.

2. Step Two - As a FrontPage reference book we recommend "Using FrontPage" from Que books. This tome must weigh 10 pounds, but it won't let you down when you need to look up some FrontPage function. You can get a reduced price copy from Amazon HERE.

3. Step Three - Now that you have the "nuts and bolts" of learning the basics of FrontPage you will also need to know what it takes to "PROMOTE" your website. Part of learning how to promote your website has to do with the HTML in the HEAD section of your website. This is the HTML code that doesn't show in FrontPages "normal" view. The best way to learn the "in's and out's" of website promotion or optimization is to take the basic course from Robin Nobles at Online Web Training. Robin is a recognized expert in the field and has trained hundred of webmasters including myself in the "art" of website optimization. 4. Step Four - You need to learn how to market your website or products on the Internet. Internet Marketing is different then Marketing in the "dirt" world. If you get it wrong you can waste a lot of time and money so we are going to recommend two sources who teach it RIGHT FROM WRONG.

        4.1 Stephen A. Pierce's book "Under Oath - The Whole Truth and Nothing But The Truth About Internet Marketing". I have bought lots of Internet Marketing books, but this book is the best by far. Steven spells it out in clear, concise language.         4.2 Selling products and collecting your money can be a bit tricky on the net or it could cost you a lot of money to have someone do it for you. This 210 page book is a no nonsense guide to your websites success on the Internet. Their journey was by trail and error, but yours doesn't have to be that way. Well, there you have it! Rome wasn't built in a day and don't believe any who says that building a successful website is easy. It's NOT.
